With much more output comparing with Single Needle Quilting Machines and with more patterns comparing with Multi-needle Quilting Machines.

Adopting Chain stitch quilting mechanism

Avoid frequent bottom thread replacement and make quilting stitches firmer. The needle bar and press plate are controlled by a double-swinging camless device, preventing material lubrication and dirt. It has automatic stop for thread breakage, automatic needle lifting, and CNC speed adjustment.

New type retainer frame structure

Servo system is used in X-Y-Z axis, that can improve 30% production for independent patterns. Newly reinforced structure makes it work more stably. Raising supporting board makes it more convenient to opperate and maintain. Y axis reduction gearbox makes it work more fluently with low-noise.

Fast speed and high output

Optimized the mechanical structure make the higher speed and more production. Press plate lifting can be adjusted by one-button according to different material thickness. More tight thread stitches make the quilting pattern with stronger third dimension.

Needle bar and press plate are controlled by a doubles-winging device without cam avoiding lubrication and dirtying of material.
